Earlobe Surgery

Earlobe Surgery – Split

Split earlobes are commonly caused by trauma or prolonged use of heavy jewellery.

Earlobe Surgery –  Tribal

28yr old man with longstanding tribal ears, poor quality skin and tissue from the stretching. Repair under local anaesthetic, with early post op scars, which will fade nicely with time.

Tribal ear lobes are more complicated requiring reshaping of the stretched poor quality skin to make a “new earlobe”

Earlobe Surgery –  Reduction

Young women who underwent ear lobe reduction under local anaesthetic

Ear lobe reduction requires careful planning to hide the scars as much as possible into natural folds in the ear/cheek junction.
